No more waiting for a lesson to wrap up before fixing the schedule. While an appointment is currently underway, teachers and admins can adjust the duration, details, and cost in real time. This is a game-changer for that last minute room-change or adjusting lesson fees based on actual time delivered.

Update Descriptions and Labels Anytime (Admins & Teachers)

Did you forget to tag a past lesson with a specific curriculum label or add lesson notes after the student left? You now have complete freedom to edit descriptions and labels for any appointment at any point in time—whether it happened last week or is scheduled for next month.

Cancel and Refund Past Lessons (Admins Only)

Life happens, and sometimes cancellations aren’t logged until after the missed lesson was supposed to occur. Admins now have up to 72 hours after an appointment ends to officially cancel the booking and process a refund. This ensures your studio payroll reflects actual lessons taught without forcing admins into complex manual accounting gymnastics.
